The key purpose of this position is to provide a market driven service that builds sustainable competitiveness within clearly identified channels which delivers sustainable growth in brand equity.

Key Outputs and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve volume and market share targets.
  • Provide a professional and innovative Sales Service.
  • Implementation of National and Regional promotions.
  • Understand and develop consumer insights.
  • Manage stock rotation and merchandising in outlets.
  • Initiate relevant beer selling opportunities to grow volume and market share.
  • Foster close relationships with customer to benefit sales.
  • Manage market activities and assist in identifying opportunities.
  • Control budgets and provide reports.
  • Ensure brand / pack availability.
  • Implement sales projects and have the ability to track progress and ROI.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Diploma in Marketing/ Business Management/ Anything related.
  • Two years’ experience in the FMCG industry.
  • A valid code 08 driver’s license.
