Position Overview:
As the Lead Generator Support Intern, you will provide comprehensive support to our Sales and After Sales Department, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Lead Generator Support:
- Receiving Pellet Bag Orders: Receive and process pellet bag orders from Lead Generators promptly and accurately.
- Making Pellet Bag Requisitions on Behalf of LGs: Initiate and manage the requisition process for pellet bags on behalf of Lead Generators, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Generating LG Performance Reports: Compile and analyze data to generate detailed performance reports for Lead Generators, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
- Facilitating the Setup of Lead Generators: Assist in the onboarding process for new Lead Generators, providing necessary resources, tools, and guidance for a smooth setup and integration into the team.
- Engaging with Lead Generators: Maintain regular communication with Lead
Generators to address any issues or concerns, offering ongoing support and guidance.
MAJOR TASKS:
- Making Projections on LG Pellet Bag Needs: Analyze trends and historical data to make accurate projections on the pellet bag needs of Lead Generators, ensuring adequate inventory levels.
- Creating Pellet Bag Distribution Reports: Generate detailed reports on the distribution of pellet bags to Lead Generators and resellers, tracking quantities, locations, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Tracking Stock Movements: Monitor and track the movement of pellet bag stock, ensuring accurate inventory management, timely replenishment, and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Conducting Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with Lead Generators to assess their performance, provide feedback, and set goals for
improvement.
MINOR TASKS:
- Following Up to Ensure Deliveries to LGs: Follow up with relevant stakeholders to confirm the timely delivery of pellet bags to Lead Generators, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Carrying Out Training and Development of Lead Generators: Develop and deliver comprehensive training sessions for Lead Generators to enhance their skills and knowledge, fostering their success in generating leads and distributing pellets.
- Providing Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks related to Lead Generator operations, such as maintaining records, preparing documentation, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth workflow.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of all lead generation activities in electronic and digital formats.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct advanced data analysis and visualization to support decision-making processes and performance evaluations.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
Skill Requirements:
- Effective communication, including writing, speaking, and interpersonal communication.
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in office equipment: printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Competency in data analysis and reporting programs would be an advantage.
- Good collaboration and teamwork abilities.

- Data analysis and data visualization skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- A degree or pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Competent use of Microsoft suite of applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
