Job Description:
Apex is looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for measuring and mapping land features for construction and other purposes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys and measure land features.
- Prepare and present survey reports and maps.
- Use surveying instruments and equipment to collect data.
- Verify the accuracy of survey data and calculations.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of surveys and data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in surveying software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in land surveying.
