Job Description:
Apex is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support scientific research and experiments. The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for preparing and maintaining laboratory equipment, conducting experiments, and recording data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Conduct experiments and record data accurately.
- Assist scientists in research projects.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of experiments.
- Manage inventory of laboratory supplies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Laboratory Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in laboratory software and tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
