Job Description: ZamTech Solutions is looking for a passionate IT Trainer to join our team. As an IT Trainer, you will develop and deliver training programs on various IT topics to our clients and internal staff. You will facilitate workshops, create training materials, and assess training needs to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and delivering IT training programs and workshops.
• Creating training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.
• Assessing training needs and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Providing technical support and guidance to trainees.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Trainer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software, and applications.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt training techniques to different learning styles.
