Job Description:

ZamTech Solutions is looking for a skilled and reliable IT Support Technician to join our team in Lusaka. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and maintaining IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and configurations.
• Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in IT support tools and software.
