Job Description
Emerald Edge is seeking a competent and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our staff. The successful candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring efficient and effective IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
- Assist with network and system maintenance.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions.
- Train users on hardware and software functionalities.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Basic networking knowledge.
Education
