Job Summary:
Indigo is seeking a proactive IT Support professional to assist users with technical issues and ensure smooth operation of IT services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support to end-users for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems via phone, email, and in-person.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Document issues and solutions in the helpdesk system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Previous experience in an IT support role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
