Job Description: Chikondi Ltd is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes and systems. As an Industrial Engineer, you will analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions to improve productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing production processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Designing and implementing production systems and workflows.
- Conducting time and motion studies to optimize labor and equipment utilization.
- Providing technical support and guidance on process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Industrial Engineer or similar role in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
