Position Overview:
Lumina Ventures is looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer to improve our production processes and systems in Lusaka. The Industrial Engineer will analyze operations, design efficient systems, and implement improvements to enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement efficient systems and workflows.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for process improvements.
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and report on production metrics and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in industrial engineering software and tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
