Hotel Manager

Job Summary:
Zambezi Tours is seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including staff management, guest services, and financial performance.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximize occupancy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in hotel management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
