Job Description:

Zambezi Ventures is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee our operations in Livingstone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hotel management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the hotel.
• Lead and motivate the hotel staff to ensure excellent service.
• Develop and implement business strategies to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Handle guest complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in hotel management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
