Job Description: Mwabonwa Holdings is seeking a skilled Horticulturist to join our team. As a Horticulturist, you will specialize in the cultivation and management of plants, including fruits, vegetables, flowers, and ornamental plants. You will oversee garden and greenhouse operations to ensure plant health and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and designing garden layouts.
• Propagating and planting crops or ornamental plants.
• Monitoring and managing plant nutrition and pest control.
• Conducting research on plant varieties and cultivation techniques.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Botany, or related field.
• Proven experience in horticulture or gardening.
• Knowledge of plant biology and cultivation practices.
• Strong attention to detail and plant care skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in greenhouse environments.
