Position Overview:
Lumina Ventures is hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Lusaka. The Heavy Equipment Operator will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery used in construction and production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Assist with construction and production tasks as needed.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid heavy equipment operator certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy machinery.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
