Job Description:
Lumina Ventures is seeking a qualified Gynecologist to provide women’s health services as part of our healthcare team in Lusaka. The Gynecologist will diagnose and treat gynecological conditions and provide reproductive healthcare services to women of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine gynecological examinations and screenings.
- Diagnose and treat gynecological disorders and conditions.
- Provide family planning and contraceptive counseling.
- Perform obstetric care during pregnancy and childbirth.
- Educate patients on women’s health issues and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate medical records.
Requirements:
- Valid medical license as a Gynecologist in Zambia.
- Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
- Strong knowledge of gynecological medicine and procedures.
Education:
- Medical degree from a recognized medical school.
- Residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Skills:
- Proficiency in gynecological examinations and procedures.
- Compassionate patient care.
- Effective communication with female patients of all ages.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing Gynecologist.
