Job Description:

Zambezi Ventures is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Clerk to join our team in Livingstone. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently.
  • Manage reservations and room assignments.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local area.
  • Process payments and manage the cash register.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
  • Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in computer systems and software.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
