Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team in Lusaka. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel and local attractions.
  • Process reservations and manage room assignments.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of front desk operations and customer service principles.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and tools.

Education:

  • Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in front desk operations.
