Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking an experienced and organized Fleet Manager to oversee our vehicle fleet operations in Lusaka. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing fleet maintenance, tracking vehicle performance, and ensuring efficient fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor vehicle fleet operations.
• Ensure timely maintenance and repair of vehicles.
• Track and analyze fleet performance and fuel consumption.
• Develop and implement fleet management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with drivers and transportation staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Handle fleet-related inquiries and resolve issues.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of fleet management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in fleet management software and systems.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in fleet management.
