ZamVenture Holdings is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior executives. The ideal candidate will excel in multitasking and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for executives.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Assist with special projects and perform research as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
