Early Childhood Educator

Job Description:

Egan is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to provide nurturing and educational experiences for young children. The Early Childhood Educator will create a supportive environment that promotes early learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons
• Create a safe and engaging learning environment for young children
• Assess and monitor children’s development and progress
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding children’s needs and progress
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support children’s learning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience working with young children in an educational setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in educational tools and MS Office
