Job Description:

Apex is seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Customs Broker to manage and facilitate customs clearance for our shipments. The Customs Broker will ensure compliance with customs regulations and provide support for import and export activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit customs documentation.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and tariffs.
• Coordinate with customs authorities and logistics providers.
• Resolve any issues or delays in customs clearance.
• Maintain records of customs transactions and duties.
• Provide advice on customs procedures and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customs Broker or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in customs brokerage software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in customs brokerage.
