4. Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Emerald Edge is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service to our clients. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Provide information about products and services, and assist with order processing.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or communications is a plus.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role.
