Copperbelt Synergy is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support the customer service team in delivering high-quality service. The Customer Service Assistant will assist with inquiries, manage records, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Support the customer service team in various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support.
