Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Support the customer service team in various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative support.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
