Job Description

Seed Secondary School is seeking an innovative and experienced Curriculum Developer to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing curriculum materials that align with educational standards and promote student learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update curriculum materials for various subjects and grade levels.
• Collaborate with teachers and academic staff to ensure curriculum alignment with educational standards.
• Conduct research on educational best practices and incorporate findings into curriculum design.
• Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of curriculum materials and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide training and support to teachers on the implementation of curriculum materials.
• Ensure compliance with educational regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum development principles and practices.
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in curriculum development software and tools.
