Job Description: ZamGrow Enterprises is looking for a knowledgeable Crop Scientist to conduct research and develop methods to improve crop production and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on crop genetics, breeding, and production.
• Develop and implement crop improvement programs.
• Analyze crop performance and recommend management practices.
• Collaborate with agronomists and farmers to apply research findings.
• Monitor crop health and address any issues that arise.
• Prepare reports and publications on research findings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Crop Science, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of crop genetics and breeding.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and report-writing skills.

Education:
