Corporate Lawyer

Job Description:
Copperbelt Synergy is seeking a qualified Corporate Lawyer to provide legal advice and support on various corporate matters. The Corporate Lawyer will play a key role in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, drafting contracts, and managing legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide insights on relevant legislation.
• Represent the company in negotiations and disputes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure legal compliance.
• Stay updated on changes in corporate law and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and a valid practicing certificate.
• Proven experience as a Corporate Lawyer or in a similar legal role.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
