Job Description: Victoria Gateway is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects. As a Construction Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities from start to finish. You will ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling construction activities.
- Managing project budgets and resources.
- Hiring and supervising subcontractors and construction workers.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
