Job Description: Victoria Gateway is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects. As a Construction Manager, you will plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities from start to finish. You will ensure projects are completed safely, within budget, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling construction activities.
  • Managing project budgets and resources.
  • Hiring and supervising subcontractors and construction workers.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
