Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a seasoned and detail-oriented Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects.
• Develop project timelines and budgets.
• Oversee and manage construction teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Review and approve project designs and plans.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Experience:

• At least 7-10 years of experience in construction management.
