Job Description:
Copperbelt Synergy is seeking an experienced and creative Communications Manager to oversee all internal and external communications efforts. The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing strategies that promote the company’s image, build brand recognition, and engage stakeholders through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communications strategies to enhance company visibility and brand image.
- Manage media relations, including writing press releases and organizing press conferences.
- Oversee social media presence and ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms.
- Lead internal communications initiatives to engage employees and align them with company goals.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and community outreach programs.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communications initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a communications management role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of media relations and social media management.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
