Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing construction projects while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role requires a strong technical background and excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Planning: Develop detailed engineering designs and specifications for various civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Site Assessment: Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project feasibility and compliance with local regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and quality standards.
• Quality Control: Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional engineering certification (e.g., PE or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering and project management.
• Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
