Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Description:

OneZambia is seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive long-term financial growth. The CFO will oversee all financial activities, provide strategic direction, and ensure financial stability and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational goals
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Manage financial risks, investments, and capital structure
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations
• Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting professional development

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred
• Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial management role
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, risk management, and strategic planning
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
