Catering Manager

Job Summary:
Zambezi Tours is seeking a skilled Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations and ensure successful events. The ideal candidate will have experience in catering management and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate catering services for events and functions.
• Manage catering staff and ensure high levels of customer service.
• Develop menus and negotiate with vendors and suppliers.
• Monitor budget and manage expenses related to catering operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in catering management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
