Pivotal Solutions is looking for an organized and experienced Catering Manager to oversee our catering services in Lusaka. The Catering Manager will be responsible for managing catering events, ensuring high-quality food and service, and achieving financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate catering events.
• Develop and manage catering menus.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation.
• Manage catering staff and delegate tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor catering budgets and control costs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Catering Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of catering principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in catering management software and tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.

Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in catering management.
