Job Description:

ZamTech Solutions is seeking a reliable and efficient Cashier to join our team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and experience handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Process returns and exchanges according to company policies.
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Ensure compliance with all cash handling procedures.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a cashier is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
