Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced carpenter to assist with the construction of a manufacturing facility. Your primary responsibilities will include framing, installing structures, and shaping materials according to specifications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a major project with a talented and dedicated team.
Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials
Construct and install building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes
Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding
Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures as needed
Collaborate with other construction team members to ensure efficient, quality work
Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a carpenter in commercial or industrial projects
Proficiency in reading blueprints, sketches, and building plans
Strong physical endurance and manual dexterity
Knowledge of construction safety procedures
Reliable transportation to and from the job site
