Job Description:
Lusaka Nexus Solutions is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and managing client relationships. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and assess the competitive landscape.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with new clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track and report on business development activities and results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Experience in the technology or construction industry is a plus.
