Job Description: ZamGrow Enterprises is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Develop and implement business development strategies.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Prepare and present business proposals and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in business development software and MS Office.
