Job Description:
Apex is seeking a responsible and experienced Bus Driver to join our team in Lusaka. The Bus Driver will be responsible for transporting passengers safely to their destinations, ensuring a comfortable and timely journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport passengers safely to their destinations.
- Follow scheduled routes and adhere to timetables.
- Ensure the bus is in good working condition and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and orderly bus interior.
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Keep accurate records of trips and passenger counts.
Requirements:
- Valid bus driving license.
- Clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a Bus Driver or in a similar role.
Education:
- Diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle long hours and interact with diverse groups of passengers.
Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in bus driving or a related field.
