Job Description:

Apex is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Building Inspector to ensure our construction projects comply with building codes and regulations. The Building Inspector will conduct site inspections and review plans to ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Review construction plans and permits.
• Identify and report any violations or issues.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects.
• Provide guidance and recommendations for corrections and improvements.
• Ensure that construction projects meet safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Building Inspector or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Skills:

• Proficiency in inspection software and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.

Experience:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in building inspection or construction management.
