Building Foreman

Job Brief

We are currently looking for a Building Foreman, who will be responsible for supervising civil construction, maintenance and repair works.

Responsibilities

• Planning, scheduling, assigning, and supervising personnel carrying out construction and maintenance works.
• Planning and organising materials and tools needed by personnel for construction and maintenance works.
• Ensuring that all works are completed as per schedule.
• Ensuring that all works are done to acceptable engineering standards.
• Enforcing building and safety regulations
• And any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirement and skills

• Grade 12 Certificate
• Craft Certificate or Advanced Certificate in Building Construction.
• Proven work experience as a Building Foreman
• Paid up membership of the Engineering Institute of Zambia.
