Job Description:
ZamTech Solutions is looking for an innovative and strategic Brand Manager to join our team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our brand’s presence in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement brand strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to understand consumer insights and trends.
- Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive brand awareness.
- Monitor brand performance and analyze key metrics.
- Develop and manage relationships with external partners and agencies.
- Prepare reports and presentations on brand activities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in brand management.
- Strong strategic and creative thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency in branding and marketing tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
