Job Overview:
As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of the bank, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling various banking transactions. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the bank’s reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure compliance with cash handling policies.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding account information, services, and bank policies.
• Promote bank products and services to enhance customer relationships.
• Identify and report any suspicious activities or potential fraud.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a similar customer service role.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
