Job Description:
Zambezi Innovate is seeking an experienced Bank Branch Manager to oversee the operations and management of its financial services branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving the success of the branch through effective management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the bank branch, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Lead and motivate a team of tellers, financial advisors, and customer service staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and grow the branch’s customer base.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor financial performance and ensure the branch meets revenue and profitability targets.
- Resolve customer issues and provide solutions to complex financial problems.
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in banking, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, compliance standards, and financial products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
