Job Description: ZamBiz Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to plan and design our construction and building projects, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
• Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects.
• Work around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
• Advise clients on the practicality of their project.
• Keep within financial budgets and deadlines.
• Produce detailed drawings and specifications for use in the construction process.
• Resolve any issues or problems that arise during construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Professional registration with the relevant architectural body.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
• Strong visualization and design skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
