Job Description:
Apex is seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to design and oversee the construction of buildings and structures. The Architect will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and managing projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop architectural designs and plans.
- Oversee project construction and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and quality.
- Prepare detailed drawings and models using CAD software.
- Ensure designs meet safety, sustainability, and aesthetic standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and building regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architect or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects.
- Excellent design and visualization skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Skills:
- Proficiency in CAD software and architectural design tools.
- Strong project management and communication abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
