Job Description:

Pivotal Solutions is seeking a creative and strategic Advertising Executive to join our team in Lusaka. The Advertising Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute advertising strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align advertising efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Create and manage advertising content for various media channels, including print, digital, and social media.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns and make data-driven adjustments as needed.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and media partners.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in advertising.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Advertising Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of advertising principles and strategies.
• Proficiency in advertising tools and software (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in advertising.
