  • Assist with travel arrangements and calendar management.
  • Coordinate meetings and handle correspondence.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
