- Assist with travel arrangements and calendar management.
- Coordinate meetings and handle correspondence.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
