Job Description:
OneZambia is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to handle vendor invoices, process payments, and manage accounts payable records. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and maintain strong vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and verify vendor invoices
- Prepare and issue payments to vendors
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
