Job Description:
OneZambia is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining general ledger accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations
- Assist with audits and financial analysis as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
