JOB DETAILS:
ACCOUNTANT
Are you a skilled Accountant, detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for numbers? We’re seeking a talented Accountant specialized in Zambian Tax to join our dedicated finance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare and file accurate tax returns for the company, ensuring compliance with the Zambian Law and regulations.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to identify potential tax servings and minimize tax liabilities.
• Assist in tax planning and strategy development to optimize the company’s tax position.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax Laws and regulations that may impact the company.
• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with account princples and regulations.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support and resolve any accounting related queries.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in accounting standards.

QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, ( ACCA, ZICA)
• Fully paid ZICA member
• Solid understanding of tax laws and regulations.
• Previous experience in financial accounting role will be added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in preparing corporate tax returns.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
